I have been training with EHF for the past 10mths - in that time Pat has assisted me to achieve my goal of reducing my body weight by 10kgs.
EHF has provided me with extensive 1:1 fitness and dietary advice throughout my journey and more recently provided me the opportunity to join their group fitness sessions to support me in achieving my personal goals.
As a result of my great results I have so much more confidence in myself, in particular when exercising, socialising and even clothes shopping :) Overall my general fitness and energy levels have increased - which for me is just fantastic.
I couldn't have done it without the ongoing support and encouragement of Pat and the EHF team.

Pat Dall and the EHF team consistently conduct group sessions that manage to get the heart pumping and maintain interest levels. These group sessions are a critical part of my exercise programme, along with individual training. I have been attending these sessions for nearly a year and have noticed an improvement in my general fitness and well being as well as an increase in productivity in any individual exercise and my daily routine.

Training with your work colleagues is a wonderful way to get to know them better. It's a level playing field on the gym floor which makes for the development of great work relations not to mention the very obvious health benefits - teamwork in a workplace is crucial - exercising with workmates is a great conduit to ensuring precisely that.

I have been training with EHF for 4 months. I train twice a week with Pat Dall both inside and outside the gym. Pat makes the sessions both varied and interesting. I never thought I would look forward to exercise but that’s certainly the case since Pat has been training me. I usually go for a run on my own on the days when I’m not training with Pat and believe it or not i actually enjoy it!

In 4 months Pat has taken me from a middle aged, overweight couch potato to a person well on their way to a healthy lifestyle and feeling much better for it. In this time I have lost 12Kg and completed my first Triathlon at the age of 50!
I also plan to take part in the Sydney City to Surf and the Bridge to Brisbane run this year (running I hope)
I work long hours in the construction industry on a major project at Windsor/Lutwyche but Pat and EHF make it possible for me to exercise with them due to their flexible hours and programs
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my exercise!

I started group training with Pat about 9 months ago and one-on-one personal training about 7 months ago. We do our group sessions twice a week and Pat makes the sessions fun by giving us a variety of exercises to do. At the same time Pat is always encouraging us to push ourselves a little bit harder each time. Before starting the group training I used the excuse that I didn't have time to exercise because I was always busy at work and worked long hours. Since starting training I still manage to do the same amount of work but I am working much fewer hours. This is because I feel more energetic and I am much more productive in the hours I am actually at work. Another benefit of doing the group training with people I work with is that our working relationships have improved and we are very supportive of each other, both with our exercise and with work related matters.
By combining the group sessions with one-on-one personal training with Pat I have been able to set some personal goals and I am really excited to be reaching those goals. I didn't start exercising with Pat to achieve short-term weight loss but to get me started on the way to a healthy lifestyle - one that was realistic and that I could maintain forever. In the time I have been working with Pat I have lost 20kgs and my body now has a shape that it hasn't had for over 20 years. I'm also excited to be discovering muscles that I didn't know I had! I am 45 years old and I have never felt better - I have so much more energy than I used to and I actually enjoy eating healthy food, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and seeing the results. I still have a way to go before I reach my ultimate goal but I am confident that if I keep working with Pat I will be able to achieve this. Pat has given me so much encouragement and advice in the time I have been working with him and he is a really good role model for a healthy lifestyle - he lives it he doesn't just talk about it. I know this is something that I would not have been able to achieve on my own and I am certain that this has been life changing for me and I will never go back to my old unhealthy lifestyle.
