EHF 6 week group challenge

Nominate your team today, only 4 groups available

Star Date Monday 26^th October

Finish Date Saturday 5^th December

(Sessions are held Monday to Friday, Finishing with testings/games on the final Saturday)

 4 Teams: Red, navy blue, White, Grey

Min 6 max 10 people

Sessions Included

2x45 minute group sessions a week (12 in total) – Held at Botanical Gardens

Plus an EHF 2 week Personal Training Pack per person - conducted in EHF Gym facilities.

(To be used within the 6 week block of program)

Participants receive an EHF training shirt in the colour of their team and EHF water bottle.

Strength and fitness testing at first group session and re-tested on Final Saturday 5^th of December

Followed by round robin team games and BBQ
